Freshii Opens First Puget Sound Location This Spring at The Bellevue Collection

This spring, Freshii, a health-casual restaurant franchise chain with many locations inside Target stores across the country, will open its doors at The Bellevue Collection in Bellevue Square.  Freshii will be offering shoppers fresh and nutritious meal choices that energize people on the go. (and hopefully get them buying more stuff). Located on the second level, the new restaurant brings to the community a diverse and completely customizable menu of breakfast, soups, salads, wraps, bowls, burritos, frozen yogurt, juices and smoothies.
Freshii caters to every dietary and taste preference and is on a global mission to help individuals live longer and healthier lives by making fresh food convenient and affordable to all.

“Freshii caters to the millennial generation and all people who pay attention to the fuel they put into their bodies. We know the community will welcome our brand and menu with open arms,” shares Freshii Bellevue Owner Melissa Barnes. Many people in the Puget Sound region embraced vegan-friendly eateries before the dietary preference went mainstream. The region is accustomed to catering to a health-conscious community, and Freshii’s mission is on target with the growing focus on health and wellness.
