“The Future of Health and Medicine:
Where Can Technology Take Us?”
Overlake Medical Center Foundation’s 17th Annual Community Partners Luncheon on November 23 will host Dr. Daniel Kraft, Medicine and Neuroscience Chair at Singularity University, to talk about how technology is changing the face of healthcareand how it can empower us to manage our own health and wellness. He will give a fast-paced look at innovations in healthcare powered by new tools, tests and apps.
Dr. Kraft is a Stanford and Harvard trained physician-scientist,
inventor, entrepreneur, and innovator. With over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, biomedical research and healthcare innovation, Kraft is Executive Director of Exponential Medicine, a program that explores convergent, rapidly developing technologies and their potential in biomedicine and healthcare.
Each year more than 600 business and community leaders come together at Overlake’s luncheon to celebrate the important role the medical center plays in ensuring the health and wellness of the Eastside community. For the second year in a row, Overlake will host a Technology and Wellness Fair prior to the luncheon featuring interactive booths from such companies as Microsoft, MPIRICA, Arivale, Medtronic, SonoSite, Relax the Back, Red Cedar Wellness and more. Also highlighted will be the latest technologies and advances that Overlake is implementing to stay on the cutting-edge of medicine.
Proceeds from the luncheon go to support a constellation of Overlake programs committed to providing patients with the highest caliber of care through the use of the latest technologies.

There is no cost to attend, however a minimum donation of $150 is suggested.
